I’ve always loved using Canva as a trainer because it’s user friendly and I found it easy to create educational videos while doing voice overs for adult learners. With Canva you have the opportunity to set a tone for your presentations by making them funny with cartoons, engaging with videos, bright and colorful, and even nostalgic by selecting old school graphics and sounds.

Canva just recently introduced a new Ai tool called Magic Studio that helps you create presentations and videos just by typing the description using 'Magic Write.' This new feature takes your written instructions and goals for a training, then creates a professional yet visually appealing video for your users. There’s also a way you can share your project with people on your team by adding them as editors for the project. This gives everyone access to edit and present the content without waiting for an email attachment saying that it’s done. This fosters the true meaning of teamwork, because everyone’s creative in their own way, and will bring different perspectives and ideas that will be able to reach and keep the attention of diverse audiences."
