If you're noticing yourself feeling burnt out and unable to produce
content or relax, try to practice the HALT Method of checking in with yourself.
Are you feeling Hungry?
Are you feeling Angry?
Are you feeling Lonely?
Are you feeling Tired?
If you can make sure you HALT and take care of yourself first,
you're bound to produce more engaging and enriching content!
