"I thought this was a very interesting piece from Forbes about where Instructional Designers should head. It's about Virtual Training and how IDs should look at it as the next frontier for blending E-Learning with synchronous learning. Normally we think of E-Learning as always asynchronous learning, but with virtual reality slowly becoming more and more popular, virtual learning is becoming more likely. This is an environment where IDs can thrive by partnering with instructors and creating engaging content for them to use. I've been very excited about the prospects of virtual learning and hope to see it in use soon!"
