Here's a post from Lauren, who states,
"I had the opportunity to complete a 'Train the Trainer' series through the University of Californian Davis Learning Center. The course instructor was so amazing, we would be learning a technique in class and BAM....she was using it on us the whole time and we didn't even know. Katrina Kennedy brought this beaten down trainer back to life and re-sparked my interests in engaging training techniques. I now know why she is considered the 'trainer's trainer.'
Although it has been years since I have taken the course I did join her mailing list and receive training tips and information about upcoming classes. I know... you don't need another email in your inbox, but honestly, you really do. You can join her mailing list here to get free training tips and information about upcoming classes.
One of Kennedy's resources I use often is her Blog as it is well written, up to date and has relevant information I need as an in person and online trainer. I always hate the awkward close of live trainings and Kennedy's blog How to Close Strong has helped not only have things be less awkward but also have the participant review their day and take stock in what they will do with the information they just learned. It is a quick three minute read but you will get so much from it and stop the troublesome zoom close out. This technique can also be applied to online learning as well, that is another thing Kennedy does well, makes ideas and exercises work in live and virtual settings.
I implore you to click and at least join the mailing list, you won't be disappointed."
