"I came across this article that was published in Inside Higher Ed in June 2020. I like this article because it discusses e-Learning in higher education settings, a topic that I am interested in.
The author of this article states that students are not particularly thrilled about online learning, due to two main reasons:
(1) missing interactivity in online courses (in comparison to face-to-face instruction), and
(2) the fact that online learning can happen anytime and anywhere and that there are no set class times (for asynchronous courses)."
