Asynchronous and Synchronous E-Learning

This submission just in from Adam:

"I wanted to share this article discussing Asynchronous and Synchronous learning by Stefan Hrastinski. It's a compelling study of the learning benefits of both, and why and how to use one, the other, or both approaches.

One of the topics that rolls around in my head all the time is how to best use technological advances to meld both styles. 2019-2020 by and large forced the rapid adoption of elearning across industries, in two basic forms: self-paced online courses, and virtual zoom classes. I believe, throughout that time, the effectiveness perhaps grew as we collectively learned how to manage those deliveries. Now however, with (hopefully) less urgency to produce something, and ever-evolving development tools, I believe there's greater opportunity!"
