What Does an Instructional Designer Do (2020)?

Veronica sent in this YouTube video that quickly summarizes many of the topics we've encountered in the early weeks of the course. She remarks,

"As an instructor new to instructional design, I found this YouTube video helpful to frame what generally fits into the ISD bucket.  It also helped me understand why most of my ISDs were lacking development skills, though I've had a few who were rock stars.I thought this might be helpful to other instructors who are new to ISD work and are trying to understand the lanes better."
