Ian reported the following regarding gamification:

"I have always been keen in making learning fun and interesting for learners. In keeping up with the times, our company is moving forward in terms of training new hires and employees - from instructor-led training to creating eLearning modules and eventually blended learning.

I feel that gamification is the perfect way to capture a learner's interest especially for self-paced online learning modules. It's something that I'm very interested in and will hopefully be able to apply effectively in the modules that we develop in the near future.
