e-Learning Adapted to Other Cultures

Here is a new post from Bang, who states,

"My interest lies in how eLearning modules have been adapted to other cultures and languages. 

Using the model, WHY (am I learning this), WHAT (will I get from this), and HOW (will I demonstrate I've learned), my guess is that WHY will be the most important aspect to think through when adapting a module to another culture. There is more detective work for us to find out, either who our audience is, or find out how to reach those who will inform that sense, and that roadblocks may be culturally-based."
