-First, it boosts engagement among millennial workers, potentially reducing the high attrition rates of MOOCs. 
-Second, it's adaptable, which translates well into learning on the go (i.e. in hotels, or during travel), as well as on-demand, just-in-time training that fits the fast pace of today's rapidly changing work environments.
