What Is Instructional Design?

This just in from Ana:

"Devlin Peck is an instructional designer whose work I’ve been following since the very beginning of my journey into instructional design. When I first discovered this field, his YouTube videos and live webinars were among the first resources I turned to to understand what instructional design actually is and what a career in this field looks like.

I recommend this article because it provides a clear introduction to instructional design and connects the concepts to practical examples. It explores different types of learning solutions, the instructional design process, and the importance of identifying the actual problem before deciding whether training is the right solution. The website itself could be used for many other interesting topics and advice."
