The Real Reason Why the Pandemic e-Learning Experiments Didn't Work

"The pandemic shed a bright light on the need for trained and experienced instructional designers. As many corporations and educational institutions scrambled to adjust the environment to remote learning, the focus was lost on the foundations needed to produce successful training content. The failure was not found in the e-Learning platforms but in the way in which the content was thought through and delivered."
