Three Good Resources

Stephan cites three good resources here:

"I came to this industry cold. I'd taken some HR orientation courses but I really didn't know anything at all. It was a crash course in making learning courses. I started reading everything I could find. Two of the best sources I found were the blog from Sh!ft and this site called InstructionalDesign.org. They both had so many great resources. 

Another site I love is this one. It's a company called Rustici and they are one of the first companies to work with SCORM and xAPI. They're a great resource for how all of the platforms work and how best to use them. When I was thinking about using Moodle they actually talked me out of it. This industry is moving and changing so quickly. It's really cool to be part of what's happening."
