"I spend a lot of time commuting, so I'm a big fan of podcasts. Whenever I pursue a new interest, I find a podcast to immerse myself in. I was thrilled to discover Connie Malamed's pod casts here. She has 53 episodes covering a wide range of topics, and happy greets her listeners at the beginning of each episode with 'Hello Learning People! I also appreciate that there are no ads to fast forward through. An Episode I particularly enjoyed is #49 where she interviews Mark Shatz, Ph.D., about 'Finding funny,' using humor to enhance learning, as well as some of the pitfalls to steer clear of."
