SMEs and Outcomes

Susan is concerned about how to get SMEs to think about outcomes. She remarks,

"Working with technical SMEs can be a bit of a challenge when designing e-learning.  I spent a few hours with a couple of SMEs who were under the belief that we could 'slap a course together' in the few hours we had booked.
