"I am always trying to find the ultimate eLearning 'experience.' LXD, or Learner Experience Design, 'is the science and the art of creating experiences that help learners fulfill the learning outcomes they desire, in a user-centered and goal-directed way.' I love the whole human approach, especially in my company where cognitive overload is the norm and we need to create training that doesn't add to that load. Here is a great resource for LXD."
