Personal Learning Environments (PLEs)

This article was just submitted by Kha, who states,
"I found this article on PLE (Personal Learning Environments) very interesting, which seems to be the wave of the future. It discusses the use of changing technology in which people organize their own learning, based on their own needs. The idea is that people don't need to take particular courses to be competent; however, all they need is social technology to deliver evidence and facts that prove they are qualified persons or to prove to an employer that they are qualified and have the necessary skills. Makes sense when you look at technology capabilities these days."
