"Jiffy Lube has been recognized by Training Magazine since 2010 as one of the Top 125 organizations in training excellence. I think the section Systemwide Collaboration is a helpful reminder that training can be beneficial to everyone, but if it isn’t aligned with the whole company the adoption of training and change may not be as successful. I also agree with Ken Barber's Training Tip - Keep it simple! It will be easier for the learner and the trainer."
