Resources for "Newbies"

This just in from Blayne:

"For newbies, I suggest looking at materials below to help get started on your journey through developing e-learning courses.

Two faves:
1.      The eLearning Industry, and the article within, "The Impact of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs in eLearning": Link here.
2.      The E-Learning Heroes website managed by Articulate and their article "5 Simple Ways to Get Started with E-Learning Development": Link hereThe site also has a free downloadable book called E-Learning for Beginners, which I found helpful when starting out as well.

For those who prefer Webinars or email blasts, I watch those by the Training Magazine Network here and read those of the Training Clinic: here/
I would be interested in seeing if anyone has any other great resources for technical development of e-learning!"
